Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date of delivery. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 60 Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note: All items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.
5. You will be responsible for the forth & return shipping cost.
6. For a return, any free gift received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Please Note: Please DON'T send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. When returning or exchanging items, please offer a valid tracking number within the return shipping method. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. ('Final Sale' items including 'Weekly Deals', 'Daily Deals', 'Festival & Holiday Deals' and other super low price promotion items.)
2. Customized items (Including customized size, engraved, customized color. E.g. Customers chose the wrong size, carved wrong words and wrong diamond color) will not be accepted for refund or exchange. (Please kindly be noted that customized sizes including: size≤4.5, size≥10.)
Note: Personalized items with "engravings" and "photos", such as personalized rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
3. Replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
6. The parcel which cannot be confirmed that it was lost.
Refunds
1. Confirm receipt of the package. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 3-7 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
2. Suspected lost package. We will take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. For packages that are suspected to be lost, our customer service staff will only issue refunds after the customer has offered a undelivered certificate. (UPS, USPS need to provide proof of post office, DHL needs to provide proof of freight station)
Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Shipping Fee Refunds
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Aphly will reimburse customer US$10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:

1. Customers received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Please Note: Aphly reserves the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
